The ponds Pragersko are named and numbered as following : the pond Gajski ribnik (1), the pond Pri železnici -near railway-(2), the pond Pri Opekarni-the clay factory-(3), the pond Pri Brumecu (4), the pond Pri transformatorju-near transformer-(5), the pond Pri ribiski koči-near fishing lodge (6), the pond Tekmovalna trasa 1 -competition route 1- (7), the pond Tekmovalna trasa 2 (Bana) -competition route 2-(8), the pond Pri strelišču-near shooting range-(9) and the pond Na gmajni-wild, unkept meadow-(10).

All the ponds are in the vicinity of the settlement Pragersko and are full of fish but the most famous one is the pond Gajski ribnik where you can find some first class specimens of carps, grass carps and predatory fish. The pond Tekmovalna trasa 1 is also well known due to competitions in float fishing that take place here.
