If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself. To reset your password, first click on the reset password link. Enter your e-mail address with which you log into the portal in the field and press the blue button Confirm.

In a few moments, you will receive an automatic message to your email with a link that you must click on to initiate the password reset process. If you don't see the automatic message, be sure to check your Promo or Spam folder.

When you click on the link to create a new password, the system automatically creates a random password and sends it to your email.

You can then log into your profile with this randomly generated password. You can do that here. You can reset your password whenever you want. Do this by first logging in to the portal, then clicking on My account -> My profile and resetting the password in the Change password section.
