TERMS OF USE OF THE ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FISHING PERMIT (ELRD) AND PRIVACY POLICY

SERVICE DESCRIPTION
1.1. The Electronic Annual Fishing Permit (ELRD) is a digital version of a fishing permit intended for displaying the validity of the fishing permit on the user’s mobile device.
1.2. The service enables the user to view data related to the issued fishing permit in electronic form.
1.3. The service represents an information society service in accordance with applicable legislation.
PURPOSE OF USE
2.1. ELRD is intended solely as a digital replacement for the physical fishing permit.
2.2. The use of the service does not affect the rights and obligations of the user arising from legislation or the rules of the fishing manager.
DATA COLLECTION
3.1. The ELRD application or service does not collect, store or process personal or technical data of the user via the mobile device.
3.2. The application does not access functions or data of the user’s mobile device.
3.3. The application may request permission to send push notifications intended to inform the user about important information related to fishing or the permit.
3.4. The user may disable notifications at any time in the mobile device settings.
3.5. Notifications are not used for advertising, profiling or user tracking.
3.6. The use of the application is limited solely to displaying permit validity data and receiving notifications.
DATA PROCESSING
4.1. The data displayed in ELRD originates from the fishing manager’s records and is used exclusively for verifying the validity of the fishing permit.
4.2. The data is not used for advertising or other commercial purposes.
4.3. The data is not shared with third parties unless required by law.
USER RIGHTS
5.1. The user may exercise their rights regarding their data in accordance with applicable legislation with the fishing manager or service provider.
