{"id":9699,"date":"2020-09-19T08:08:51","date_gmt":"2020-09-19T06:08:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ribiskekarte.si\/blog\/?p=9699"},"modified":"2020-09-18T11:10:06","modified_gmt":"2020-09-18T09:10:06","slug":"zacinjena-srnina-pecenka-z-zelenjavo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ribiskekarte.si\/blog\/zacinjena-srnina-pecenka-z-zelenjavo\/","title":{"rendered":"Za\u010dinjena srnina pe\u010denka z zelenjavo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Za peko <strong>slastnega srninega hrbta<\/strong> z zelenjavo bomo <strong>za 4 osebe<\/strong> potrebovali:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pribli\u017eno 1 kg te\u017eak srnin hrbet<\/li>\n<li>1 dl olivnega olja<\/li>\n<li>50 g me\u0161anice za\u010dimb (kardamom, \u010drni poper, mu\u0161katni ore\u0161\u010dek, rumena gor\u010dica, gori\u010dna zrna)<\/li>\n<li>4 manj\u0161e rde\u010de \u010debule<\/li>\n<li>3 repe, nekaj listov ohrovta, nekaj kosov brsti\u010dnega ohrovta<\/li>\n<li>korenje, 100 g kostanja, dve pesti suhih rozin, pest suhih fig in pest suhih marelic, gomolj zelene<\/li>\n<li>40 g masla, sol, poper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pe\u010dico segrejemo na 200 stopinj. Meso pripravimo tako, da z njega najprej odstranimo belo mre\u017eico. Natremo ga s soljo in poprom, prema\u017eemo z olivnim oljem. Za 20 minut ga denemo v pe\u010dico in vmes ma\u017eemo z oljem. Dve minut, preden ga vzamemo ven, ga posujemo z za\u010dimbami.<\/p>\n<p>V slanem kropu blan\u0161iramo zelenjavo. Izdolbeno \u010debulo in repo napolnimo s suhim sadjem in kostanji.<\/p>\n<p>Meso postavimo na toplo. Iz preostale teko\u010dine in za\u010dimb &#8211; dosolimo po okusu &#8211; pripravimo polivko. Nadevano zelenjavo z maslom denemo v pe\u010dico za 10 minut, vmes jo po potrebi polivamo s polivko. Ko je pe\u010dena, zlo\u017eimo na pladenj, na katerega smo poprej postavili meso.
