Za\u010dimbe, med njimi ne sme manjkati niti ro\u017emarin, nasekljamo. Pripravimo sol in poper. Pri\u017egemo pe\u010dico, temperaturo nastavimo na 200 stopinj.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Peka\u010d naoljimo z olivnim oljem. Vanj vsujemo zelenjavo in jo na ognju na hitro pope\u010demo. Na pope\u010deno zelenjavo polo\u017eimo fileje s ko\u017eo navzgor. Solimo, popramo in posujemo z zeli\u0161\u010di.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Denemo v pe\u010dico in pe\u010demo pribli\u017eno 15 minut. Pe\u010dene fileje in zelenjavo pokapamo z limoninim sokom.<\/p>\n<p>Filiramo postrv, sulca, \u0161\u010duko ali katero od \u0161tevilnih primernih morskih rib, denimo brancina.
