Postopek je enostaven in sestavine so poceni. Recept se je \u017ee dobro izkazal in priporo\u010dam ga vsem za\u010detnikoma ali tistim, ki radi preizkusijo kaj novega. Da bi bojliji ostali sve\u017ei dlje \u010dasa, priporo\u010dam, da izgotovljene in posu\u0161ene bojlije zapakirate v vakuumske vre\u010dke in polo\u017eite v zamrzovalno skrinjo. Tam bodo obstali do 30 dni.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5>Izdelava<\/h5>\n<p>Za izdelavo doma\u010dih koruznih bojlijev potrebujemo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 skodelici koruzne moke<\/li>\n<li>1 skodelico p\u0161eni\u010dne moke<\/li>\n<li>2 jajci<\/li>\n<li>1 konzervo &#8211; 250 g sladke koruze (ki jo pretla\u010dimo v ka\u0161ico)<\/li>\n<li>1 jedilno \u017elico sladkorja<\/li>\n<li>aromo za peko po \u017eelji (priporo\u010dam vanilijevo)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ribiskekarte.si\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/17966559_203471600154945_8156628687434568865_o.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-6512\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ribiskekarte.si\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/17966559_203471600154945_8156628687434568865_o-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>Za merico zgornjih sestavin sam uporabljam jogurtov lon\u010dek. Zme\u0161amo vse sestavine, dokler ne dobimo goste in trdne mase. \u010ce je masa pretrda ali prekrhka, dodamo malo vode. Iz testa oblikujemo kroglice poljubne velikosti.<\/p>\n<p>V lonec damo vodo in dodamo koruzni sirup (lahko tudi med, javorjev sirup \u2026). Vodo zavremo. V vrelo vodo damo toliko kroglic , da bodo lahko prosto plavale in se ne bodo dotikale med seboj, in jih kuhamo najve\u010d 3 minute. Nato jih poberemo iz vode in polo\u017eimo na brisa\u010do , da se posu\u0161ijo.
