O\u010di\u0161\u010dene <strong>sipe<\/strong> nare\u017eemo <strong>na 2 cm<\/strong> \u0161iroke trakove, nare\u017eemo \u0161e \u010desen in \u010debulo. V ponev damo <strong>olivno olje<\/strong> in \u010debulo ter jo grejemo na zmernem ognju, da <strong>postekleni<\/strong>. Nato dodamo \u010desen in <strong>sipine lovke<\/strong> in <strong>zmanj\u0161amo ogenj<\/strong>. \u010cez kak\u0161nih 5 minut dodamo \u0161e narezano sipo, <strong>\u010de\u0161njeve paradi\u017enike\u00a0<\/strong>(narezane) in belo vino. Vse skupaj pome\u0161amo in du\u0161imo na <strong>nizki temperaturi<\/strong>, pri tem je pomembno, da nam pokrovka malo <strong>popu\u0161\u010da paro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ko paradi\u017eniki spustijo vodo<\/strong> vr\u017eemo v ponev \u0161e skuhano pa\u0161to, poleg pa \u0161e dodamo dve zajemalki vode v kateri se je kuhala. Dodamo \u0161e sol in vse skupaj preme\u0161amo, pokrijemo in <strong>ugasnemo ogenj<\/strong>.
