Sam sem prepri\u010dan nasprotno. Sam menim, da je glavne trik v na\u010dinu priprave. Seveda je dobrodo\u0161lo, da je riba iz jezera, kjer se mora za hrano &#8220;potruditi&#8221; poleg tega pa na dnu ni pretirane koli\u010dine mulja. Mit, da je potrebno krapa pred pripravo nekaj dni pustiti \u017eivega v \u010disti vodi, je zgre\u0161en. S tem se mu bo mogo\u010de o\u010distil prebavni trak, meso pa okusa v tako kratkem \u010dasu ne bo spremenilo.<\/p>\n<p>V nadaljevanju vam bom zaupal enega izmed lastnih receptov priprave krapa:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Krap v foliji<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ribiskekarte.si\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/krap.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2378 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ribiskekarte.si\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/krap-300x123.jpg\" alt=\"Krap v foliji\" width=\"300\" height=\"123\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ribiskekarte.si\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/krap-300x123.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ribiskekarte.si\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/krap.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Kaj potrebujemo (za 2 &#8211; 3 osebe):<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; fileje 1.5 do 2 kg krapa<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; suhe za\u010dimbe: sol, poper, timijan<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; sve\u017ee za\u010dimbe: bazilika, peter\u0161ilj, ro\u017emarin, (drobnjak)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1\/2 limone<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 2 &#8211; 3 stroke \u010desna<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 20 g surovega masla<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; olivno olje<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; alu folijo<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; posodo<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; peka\u010d<\/p>\n<p>Priprava:<\/p>\n<p>V posodo damo kose filejev in vanje vtremo suhe za\u010dimbe. Nato vse skupaj prelijemo s sokom 1\/2 limone (polovico shranimo za pozneje) in manj\u0161o koli\u010dino olivnega olja. Dodamo \u0161e sve\u017ee za\u010dimbe in vse skupaj vtremo v fileje ter pustimo nekaj \u010dasa. V tem \u010dasu v\u017egemo pe\u010dico ter po\u010dakamo, da se ta segreje na 180 stopinj. Na peka\u010d postavimo kos folije, ki naj bo dvokratne dol\u017eine peka\u010da. Polovica folije naj bo v peka\u010du preostala pa naj visi izven peka\u010da. Na folijo v peka\u010du polo\u017eimo marinirane kose filejev (za\u010dimb <strong>ne<\/strong> odstranjujemo) ter jim dodamo na kose zrezano 1\/2 limone iz katere smo predhodno stisnili sok, stroke \u010desna ter kose surovega masla. S preostalim delom folije pokrijemo fileje ter prepognemo robove, tako, da para oz. sokovi med peko ne bodo uhajali ven. Vse skupaj polo\u017eimo v pe\u010dico za okrog 40 minut. Jed postre\u017eemo toplo, k njej pa se prile\u017ee krompir z blitvo ter kozarec belega vina.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dober tek in dober prijem,<\/p>\n<p>Jure<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ve\u010dina ljudi je mnenja, da krap ni okusna riba.
