Pripravimo <strong>marinado<\/strong> iz olj\u010dnega olja, limoninega soka, soli in \u010dilija. V marinado polo\u017eimo <strong>narezano postrv in \u0161alotko<\/strong>. Vse skupaj pustimo marinirati <strong>10 minut.<\/strong> V tem \u010dasu pripravimo<strong> limonino kremno omako.<\/strong>\u00a0Naredimo be\u0161amel z vodo, dodamo vino in limonin sok, za\u010dimbe in en deci smetane. Preme\u0161amo in postavimo na hladno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Nato mo\u010dno\u00a0segrejemo\u00a0olje za cvrtje in vzamemo mo\u0161ke<strong> bu\u010dne cvetove<\/strong>. Pazljivo jih razpremo in <strong>nadevamo z na\u0161imi ko\u0161\u010dki postrvi in\u00a0\u0161alotke<\/strong>, ki so se fino navzeli okusov marinade. Nadevane cvetove <strong>polo\u017eimo v vro\u010de olje<\/strong> in jih pustimo cvreti <strong>2 minuti<\/strong>. V tem \u010dasu na kro\u017enike razporedimo <strong>\u0161pina\u010dine liste<\/strong>, kamor <strong>polo\u017eimo ocvrte cvetove<\/strong>. Na koncu \u0161e jed <strong>posolimo<\/strong> <strong>in prelijemo<\/strong> z limonino omako.
