Pripravili bomo neverjetno okusen doma\u010di karpa\u010do.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za osnovo vzamemo lep in seveda sve\u017e plju\u010dni file govedine. Z ostrim no\u017eem ga nare\u017eemo na tanke rezine in polo\u017eimo med dve plasti peki papirja. Rezine potol\u010demo s posodo ali drugo podobno pripravo, da postanejo kosi fileja izjemno tanki, skorajda prozorni. Z veliko ob\u010dutka in ljubezni jih zlo\u017eimo na kro\u017enik in pokapamo z me\u0161anico olj\u010dnega olja, limone, \u010drnega popra in morske soli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Karpa\u010do so izumili v Benetkah, jed pa so poimenovali po bene\u0161kem umetniku <strong>Vittoreju Carpacciu<\/strong>, ki je starost pre\u017eivljal v Kopru, kjer je tudi umrl.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Na karpa\u010do nalo\u017eimo doma\u010do solato, ki jo pripravimo iz izjemno tanko narezanega rde\u010dega radi\u010da, rukole, narezane mlade bu\u010dke (cukini) in zelene. \u010ce \u017eelimo, lahko meso in solato posujemo z naribanim parmezanom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dober tek! &#x1f60b;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Foto: Unsplash<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ob petkih ponavadi predstavimo katero od ribjih jedi, a danes smo si za\u017eeleli govedine.
