V jedi so dobre katerekoli testenine, najbolj\u0161e pa bodo ve\u010dje cevaste, denimo rigatoni, saj imajo v sebi dovolj prostora za omako.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za 4 la\u010dne jedce potrebujemo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 plo\u010devinko pelatov<br \/>4 \u017elice olj\u010dnega olja<br \/>1 malancan, narezan na kockice<br \/>1 \u017eli\u010dka morske soli<br \/>3 stroke \u010desna, narezanega na tanke rezine<br \/>3 \u017elice paradi\u017enikovega koncentrata<br \/>2 \u017elici grobo sesekljanega origana<br \/>Pol kilograma testenin, najbolje rigatonov<br \/>100 g slane rikote<br \/>Natrgani listi bazilike<br \/>Pol \u017eli\u010dke mletega \u010drnega popra<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprava<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Na olj\u010dnem olju pope\u010demo kocke malancana. Ko so pope\u010deni, jih denemo v posebno posodo, kjer naj po\u010divajo. V vro\u010do ponev dodamo \u0161e dve \u017elici olj\u010dnega olja. Popra\u017eimo \u010desen in dodamo pelate. Kuhamo, dodamo sol in poper. Ko se omaka zgosti, dodamo paradi\u017enikov koncentrat. Zme\u0161amo s kockami pe\u010denega malancana, preme\u0161amo in dodamo kuhane testenine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jed oplemenitimo z origanom in postre\u017eemo v \u0161irokem kro\u017eniku.
