Poleg moke ga sestavlja krompirjev pire, zato je krompirjev kruh malce slaj\u0161i in zelo nasiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sestavine<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Za ve\u010dji hlebec ali \u0161truco bomo potrebovali 400 g krompirja, 800 g gladke bele moke, 3 \u017eli\u010dke soli, 2 \u017elici masla, 1 kocko sve\u017eega kvasa, 2 dl mleka, 2 \u017eli\u010dki sladkorja in 3 dl vode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krompir nare\u017eemo na kose in skuhamo. Odcedimo in pustimo, da se ohladi. V srednje veliki skodelici zme\u0161amo kvas, sladkor in mleko. Pustimo, da malce naraste. Krompirju dodamo maslo in vse skupaj preme\u0161amo v pire. Ko se popolnoma ohladi, dodamo moko in sol ter preme\u0161amo. V me\u0161anico dodamo kvas. Zgnetemo in pustimo vzhajati pribli\u017eno 1 uro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hleb\u010dek polo\u017eimo na peki papir in ga nekajkrat zare\u017eemo po vrhu. \u010ce \u017eelimo, ga prema\u017eemo z \u017evrkljanim jaj\u010dnim rumenjakom in posujemo s semeni po lastni izbiri. Polo\u017eimo ga v pe\u010dico, kjer ga pe\u010demo 1 uro na 180 stopinj.
