V shrambi zdr\u017ei kar nekaj \u010dasa, je zelo okusna in ima ogromno vitaminov in mineralov. Tokrat vam bomo predstavili dva recepta za sve\u017ei solati iz \u010drne redkve; odli\u010dno se dopolnjujeta z drugimi bogatimi novembrskimi pojedinami.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta jesenska in zimska zelenjava ima ogromno antioksidantov, vitaminov in mineralov, zato nas njeno u\u017eivanje dobro pripravi na &#8220;zimsko spanje&#8221;, ko nimamo obilja sve\u017eega sadja in zelenjave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010crna redkev je gomolj s \u010drnim olupkom in belim mesom. Pred uporabo jo operemo in olupimo, nato pa pripravimo po \u017eelji. \u010crna redkev di\u0161i malce peko\u010de, je zelo sve\u017ea in spominja na vonj hrena. Ko jo zau\u017eijemo, je lahko peko\u010da, malce grenka ali pa blaga; odvisno od zemlje, iz katere je zrasla, in \u0161e nekaterih okoli\u0161\u010din. Vsekakor lahko \u010drno redkev tudi kuhamo in jo dodajamo razli\u010dnim okusnim jedem, a sami jo imamo najraje surovo v solati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u010crna redkev s fi\u017eolom<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Recept je izjemno enostaven, a priljubljen \u0161irom Slovenije. Gomolj operemo in olupimo. Redkev naribamo v \u0161iroko posodo. Dodamo kuhan fi\u017eol v zrnju, sol, poper po okusu, malce jabol\u010dnega kisa in \u017eli\u010dko bu\u010dnega olja. Solato lahko oplemenitimo z natrebljenim radi\u010dem ali katero drugo listnato zelenjavo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u010crna redkev z olj\u010dnim oljem<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Gomolje temeljito operemo in obri\u0161emo. Z rezalnim delom strgalnika jih nare\u017eemo v izjemno tanke rezine. Zlo\u017eimo jih na plitev in \u0161irok kro\u017enik. Posujemo z zrni granatnega jabolka in strti jedrci oreha, vse skupaj pa pokapamo z balzami\u010dnim kisom, nekaj kapljicami cvetli\u010dnega medu in vrhunskim olj\u010dnim oljem.
