Tokrat vam predstavljamo hitri recept za slastne testenine s panceto, rde\u010dim vinom in paradi\u017enikom.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lepota zasanjane jeseni je v bogastvu okusov in zmernih temperaturah, ki spodbujajo tek. To je \u010das, ko imamo na voljo \u0161e veliko sve\u017ee zelenjave in suhega ali prekajenega mesa, ki jih s pridom kombiniramo v loncu.<\/p>\n<p>Za pripravo testenin s panceto, rde\u010dim vinom in paradi\u017enikom bomo za 4 jedce potrebovali:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 pesti nasekljane pancete<\/li>\n<li>2 veliki beli \u010debuli<\/li>\n<li>3 dcl rde\u010dega vina<\/li>\n<li>3 ve\u010dje in zrele paradi\u017enike<\/li>\n<li>ve\u010djo skodelico pasiranih paradi\u017enikov iz konzerve<\/li>\n<li>2 \u017elici olj\u010dnega olja<\/li>\n<li>sol, \u010drni poper<\/li>\n<li>2 lovorova lista<\/li>\n<li>3 stroke \u010desna<\/li>\n<li>400 g testenin (predlagamo peresnike ali rigatone, da zajamejo omako)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Priprava<\/h5>\n<p>V vro\u010do kozico denemo nasekljano panceto. Pri panceti pazimo, da smo odstranili ko\u017eo in del\u010dke hrustanca. Ko panceto zlato pope\u010demo, jo z \u017elico poberemo iz kozice in za\u010dasno shranimo na kro\u017enik. V mast, ki jo je oddal panceta, dodamo olj\u010dno olje in \u010debulo. Popra\u017eimo jo, da zastekleni. Ko je \u010debula pripravljena in je kozica \u0161e zelo vro\u010da, prilijemo vina. Lovorova lista odstranimo, dodamo pasirane paradi\u017enike iz konzerve in drobno nasekljan \u010desen. Poskusimo, po potrebi dodamo poper in sol. Omako preme\u0161amo in na majhnem ognju kuhamo \u0161e vsaj pol ure, da se okusi pove\u017eejo, omaka pa postane gosta in &#8220;globoka&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>V omako lahko dodamo tudi malancane, ki jih predhodno nare\u017eemo na ko\u0161\u010dke in pope\u010demo na vro\u010di ponvi z malce olj\u010dnega olja. Preden jih denemo v omako, preverimo, ali niso morda grenki.<\/p>\n<p>V drugi posodi zavremo vodo in jo tik pred vretjem posolimo. Testenine skuhamo &#8220;al dente&#8221;. \u010ce je potrebno, omako s pancemo razred\u010dimo z vodo, v kateri smo kuhali testenine. Testenine nato serviramo preme\u0161ane z omako, ne prelite, postre\u017eemo pa s kosom hrustljavega \u010drnega kruha, rezino staranega tolminskega sira in kozarcem suhe rebule.
