Navajamo enostaven recept za mehko in trdo kuhana jajca.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u010cas kuhanja jajc merimo v minutah in ko so jajca v vreli vodi! <strong>Mehko kuhana jajca<\/strong> (rumenjak in beljak sta teko\u010da) kuhamo to\u010dno <strong>3,5 minute<\/strong>, <strong>trdo kuhana jajca<\/strong> (rumenjak in beljak sta strjena) pa kuhamo to\u010dno <strong>9 minut<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pri mehko kuhanih jajcih priporo\u010damo, da so jajca \u010dim bolj sve\u017ea. Temperatura rumenjaka namre\u010d ne prese\u017ee 73 stopinj Celzija, zato obstaja nevarnost zastrupitve z bakterijo salmonelo.<\/p>\n<p>Pomembno je, da so med kuhanjem jajca povsem pokrita z vodo. Jajca pred kuhanjem tudi postavimo na pult za vsaj pol ure, da se po\u010dasi ogrejejo na sobno temperaturo. Tako lupina ne bo po\u010dila oziroma bo pokala bistveno redkeje kot sicer.
