Ima jesenski pridih, zaradi mo\u010dnih okusov pa je prava poslastica in dobra jed za tola\u017ebo (comfort food, kot pravijo angle\u0161ko govore\u010di).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u010cebulna juha je preprosta za pripravo, okusna in primerna predvsem, ko se &#8220;otepamo&#8221; vi\u0161kov sezonske \u010debule (seveda tisti, ki imajo to sre\u010do). Skuhamo jo lahko v obi\u010dajni (mesni) ali brezmesni &#8211; vegetarijanski razli\u010dici.<\/p>\n<h5>Sestavine za \u010debulno juho za 4 osebe<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>6 velikih belih \u010debul (rde\u010de se ognemo, saj naredi jed neprivla\u010dne sive barve)<\/li>\n<li>4 \u017elice olj\u010dnega olja<\/li>\n<li>2 \u017elici masla<\/li>\n<li>1 \u017elica sladkorja<\/li>\n<li>sol, poper<\/li>\n<li>2 vejici timijana<\/li>\n<li>1 l ju\u0161ne osnove (goveja, pi\u0161\u010dan\u010dja)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u010cebulo olupimo in nare\u017eemo na trakove. V veliko posodo zlijemo olje, dodamo maslo in na njem po\u010dasi prepra\u017eimo \u010debulo. Ko zastekleni, dodamo sol, poper in sladkor. Redno me\u0161amo, da se nam po\u010dasi karamelizira, a ne prime dna posode.<\/p>\n<p>Lepi rjavi in di\u0161e\u010di \u010debuli, ki je med kuhanjem izgubila velik del svoje prvotne prostornine, dodamo ju\u0161no osnovo in timijan. Kuhamo \u0161e pribli\u017eno pol ure. Pozor: vegetarijanci boste namesto goveje ali pi\u0161\u010dan\u010dje ju\u0161ne osnove uporabili zelenjavno.<\/p>\n<p>Juho postre\u017eemo v ni\u017ejih \u0161irokih skodelicah. Na vrh vsake skodelice denemo rezino rjavega kruha, \u010dezenj pa posujemo nariban sir Gruy\u00e8re ali parmezan. Postavimo v pe\u010dico za 10 minut, da se sir stopi.<\/p>\n<p>Poleg juhe priporo\u010damo enostavnega svetlega le\u017eaka.
