Spodaj vam ponujamo izvrsten recept, po katerem lahko izdelate doma\u010di ketchup.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ketchup je v bistvu koncentriran pasirani paradi\u017enik. Za razliko od kupljenega, ki ima precej dodatkov, tudi umetnih (za dalj\u0161o obstojnost), je doma\u010di ketchup zdrav in okusen dodatek mnogim jedem. Pripravimo ga iz vi\u0161kov zrelega paradi\u017enika.<\/p>\n<h5>Recept za doma\u010di ketchup<\/h5>\n<p class=\"p1\">Za srednje velik kozarec ketchupa bomo potrebovali kilogram zrelega paradi\u017enika, 2 jedilni \u017elici olj\u010dnega olja, 1 ve\u010djo belo \u010debulo, manj\u0161o glavo \u010desna (ali 5 strokov), 1 jedilno \u017elico rjavega sladkorja, sol in poper. \u010ce imate paradi\u017enika ve\u010d, ustrezno prilagodite koli\u010dino dodatkov, zabelite pa ga lahko tudi z drugimi za\u010dimbami po \u017eelji.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Paradi\u017enik operemo in denemo v vrelo vodo. V njej ga pustimo kak\u0161no minuto, da z njega enostavno odstranimo ko\u017eico. Paradi\u017enik nato spasiramo, po \u017eelji ga precedimo (ali sfiltriramo skozi kuhinjsko gazo), da ostranimo semena. Paradi\u017enik lahko spasiramo s pali\u010dnim me\u0161alnikom, \u0161e primernej\u0161i pa bo blender, saj bo delo opravil temeljiteje.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">V blenderju zmeljemo olupljeno \u010debulo. Prime\u0161amo jo paradi\u017eniku, maso denemo v srednje velik lonec, v katerega smo dali olj\u010dno olje, poper in sol. Zmes kuhamo na srednjem ognju vsaj eno uro, posoda naj bo odkrita, da se me\u0161anica po\u010dasi reducira. Po potrebi ketchup kuhamo dlje, saj mora biti gost in koncentriran. \u010ce \u017eelite, lahko za njegovo dalj\u0161o obstojnost dodate \u0161e malce limoninega soka. Ketchup med kuhanjem me\u0161ajte, da se ne prime na dno posode. Idealno kuhanje je, ko iz mase po\u010dasi in po celotni povr\u0161ini posode izhajajo manj\u0161i zra\u010dni mehur\u010dki.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u0160e vro\u010d ketchup prelijemo v dezinficirane kozarce, zapremo, pokrijemo s kuhinjsko krpo in pustimo, da se po\u010dasi ohladi. Shranimo ga na temnem in hladnej\u0161em mestu (v kleti, shrambi), odprtega pa v hladilniku in porabimo v nekaj dneh.
