Za pripravo mine\u0161tre za \u0161tiri osebe bomo potrebovali liter vode, prekajeno kranjsko klobaso, dve plo\u010devinki rjavega fi\u017eola, steblo pora (ali dve manj\u0161i stebli), sve\u017eo zeleno, zeleno papriko, sol, poper, majaron, timijan, ju\u0161no kocko in nekaj pesti manj\u0161ih testenin. Juhi lahko dodamo tudi rde\u010do papriko ali paradi\u017enik.<\/p>\n<p>V lonec polo\u017eimo klobaso ter ju\u0161no kocko, ju zalijemo z vodo in segrevamo. V me\u0161anico dodamo fi\u017eol, na kolesca narezan por in nasekljano papriko. Preme\u0161amo in kuhamo pol ure. Mine\u0161tro za\u010dinimo po okusu.
