Pa ne samo profesionalni, tudi doma\u010di. Eden zanimivej\u0161ih jesenskih receptov je pe\u010dena jerebica z ohrovtom.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Za 4 osebe potrebujemo 4 jerebice, 100 g gosjih jeter, dva \u010drna tartufa, 100 g ju\u0161ne zelenjave, 3 dl ju\u0161ne osnove, 50 g masla, dve pesti sve\u017eih lisi\u010dk, eno pest suhih \u010drnih trobent, pol kilograma brsti\u010dnega ohrovta, sol, poper.<\/p>\n<h5>Priprava<\/h5>\n<p>Oskubljene in o\u010di\u0161\u010dene jerebice speremo s hladno vodo in osu\u0161imo. Noge zve\u017eemo z vrvico trdno k telesu. Perutnice in vratove shranimo posebej, saj jih bomo uporabili za ju\u0161no prikuho. Jerebice nadevamo z me\u0161anico jeter in enega tartufa. Solimo, popramo in pe\u010demo na mo\u010dnem ognju pribli\u017eno eno minuto na vsaki strani. Odstavimo na toplo in pri\u010dnemo s pripravo ju\u0161ne osnove.<\/p>\n<p>Perutnice in vratove pope\u010demo skupaj z ju\u0161no zelenjavo. Zalijemo z vodo in pustimo, da malce povre. Precedimo, zlijemo na maslo in dodamo nasekljan tartuf.<\/p>\n<p>Brsti\u010dni ohrovt kuhamo 10 minut v vreli v vodi. Na \u017elici masla popra\u017eimo lisi\u010dke in trobente. Solimo in popramo po okusu (pazimo na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ribiskekarte.si\/blog\/zmanjsaj-vnos-soli-v-prehrani\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>priporo\u010deni dnevni vnos soli<\/strong><\/a>!).<\/p>\n<p>V pe\u010dico postavimo jerebice, okoli njih gobe in na zunanjo stran brsti\u010dni ohrovt. Na 220 stopinj pe\u010demo pribli\u017eno 1 uro. Med pe\u010denjem ve\u010dkrat zalijemo s sokom iz pe\u010dice. Meso in zelenjavo postre\u017eemo lo\u010deno, lahko tudi brez tartufov.
