Allowed catch (ATTENTION: it is necessary to consider the minimal length and the fishing season for each individual species!) 1 X catfish or 1 X pike or 2 X carp or 2 X barbel or 2 X common nase or 2 X Danube roach or 5 X oher cyprinids or 20 X bleaks or spirlins. It is allowed to take common nases, ides and barbels only above HPP Krško. The fishing for bleaks and spirlins under the HPP Krško is temporarily forbidden. The fishing and taking of huchen or burbot is also forbidden.

Restrictions
The fishing is allowed with one rod. The fishing from boat is allowed only from boats running on electrical power-navigation is prohibited in the controlled areas of the NPP Krško and HPP Krško.

Fishing area

From the right bank of the outflow of the Blanščica to the end of embankment under the NPP, on the right bank of the Sava. The fishing is not allowed in the creeks of the outflow: The Brestanica, the Blanščica and the Presladolski potok or everywhere where there is a sign saying so. Warning: At the time of construction of the reservoir for HPP Brežice, from November 2015 until the completion of works -which is expected by April 2017, the movement, retention and fishing on the river Sava- from the bridge in Krsko to the confluence of the rivers Sava and Krka- is prohibited!
